Our cakes are made from scratch, fresh to order, using our own recipes, no cake mixes used in our kitchen! We use only fresh, premium ingredients like free range eggs and Barry Callebaut couverture chocolate. Sadly, due to a dramatic increase in cocoa and chocolate, mudcakes and ganache are now priced as a premium product.

All buttercream finish cakes (classic and premium flavour) are quoted with Swiss meringue Buttercream filling unless otherwise requested. Please note if choosing Ganache, the fillings will be firm as all buttercream finish cakes are chilled, so they transport safely. All Fondant finish cakes are quoted with Ganache Premium fillings only.
