 We are located in Burpengary, on the Brisbane Northside, Queensland, Australia.
Collection available via appointment only.

Email or contact us via the “request a quote page”. Please ensure you advise the date of event/collection, how many guest to serve and include any inspo/reference photos. The more information the better.

We respond to all enquiries even if we are booked on your date, we are happy to recommend other local bakers. Please check your junk/spam folder for a response.
Thursday to Saturday are our busy kitchen days as most events are on the weekend so we may not respond as quickly on these days.
Note: Pictures are for inspiration/reference only. We cannot replicate 100% other cake artist work/techniques or match colours due to filters/photoshop/AI that may have been used. We will always create to the best of our style & skills

I only take on a limited number of orders per week to ensure the highest quality products, therefore I encourage you to place an order as soon as you know the date of your event, especially for sculptured or large scale cakes.
Orders can be taken up to twelve months in advance.

Yes. Bookings are not secured/ confirmed until a 50% deposit/booking fee is received/cleared within 7 days of the invoice date, after this date, invoices expire. 

Balance of the invoice is required a minimum of 7 days before collection.

Orders cannot be collected/delivered until funds have cleared (or by prior arrangement). 

Orders placed within 1 week of the collection date must be paid in full at time of ordering. 

Cancellations must be in writing, via email and received a minimum of 14 days before the collection date. 

Cancellations received within the 14 day timeframe: Deposit/booking fee is non-refundable. Deposit/booking fee can be transferred towards a future order/booking date. Your new date may or may not be available, but we will try to accommodate you wherever possible. If the new date of your event is available, all monies paid will be transferred to the new date and will incur an admin fee of $25.

Cancellations received prior to the 14 day timeframe: Deposit-booking fee will be refunded. Refund will incur a $25 admin fee. Any custom items that have been specifically purchased for your order will also be deducted from the refund total. Eg: custom toppers, florals etc 

The customer is responsible for providing any allergy and dietary warnings during the enquiry ordering process. The customer is responsible for advising guests of potential allergy hazards. 

Pugalicious cakes by Sasha accepts no responsibility for allergic reactions.

We do offer a limited menu of Gluten Friendly, Dairy friendly and vegan options.      

Please be advised that these items MAY contain traces of allergens as they are prepared/baked in the same kitchen as all other baked goods containing milk, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens. 

We provide detailed instructions on transporting your cake via email prior to date of collection.
Storage instructions are attached to the box for every order that leaves our premises.

Collections from our premises are by appointment only as we are a home based business, not a store front. Please be punctual.
Pugalicious Cakes by Sasha is not responsible/liable for any damage incurred once baked goods have been collected from our premises in Burpengary.

Cakes need a flat even surface for transporting (laps are not advised). Care needs to be taken on corners, accelerating and braking, steep hills, roundabouts, and speed bumps to avoid movement to the cake/toppers/decorations etc.

Always handle cakes from the base of the box-never the sides.

Local delivery only - we do not offer wedding cake delivery sorry as that is not out specialty.

If at any time, for any reason you are not happy with your baked goods PLEASE talk to us first to give us the opportunity to rectify the issue! Please call or email, rather than through social media. 

In order to understand and resolve the issue, the cake or baked goods will need to be returned to us. We cannot resolve or consider compensation/discounts if you simply “did not like the cake, but ate it anyway”
