Collection available via appointment only.

Email or contact us via the “request a quote page”. Please ensure you advise the date of collection, include any inspo/reference photos. The more information the better.

We respond to all enquiries even if we are booked on your date, we are happy to recommend other businesses. Please check your junk/spam folder for a response.

Note: Pictures are for inspiration/reference only. We cannot replicate 100% other cake artist work/techniques or match colours due to filters/photoshop/AI/Chat GPT that may have been used. We will always create to the best of our style & skills

Please give as much notice as possible as sugar art and decorations need time to dry before collection or postage.

Yes. As toppers /decorations are custom made we do not start any order without payment in full.

Orders cannot be collected/posted until funds have cleared (or by prior arrangement). 

Cancellations must be in writing, via email as soon as possible.

If we have not started your order we will happily refund. Refund will incur a $10 admin fee.

If we have started your order unfortunately we cannot refund unless it is something we can onsell. This will be discussed on a case by case basis. 

The customer is responsible for providing any allergy and dietary warnings during the enquiry ordering process. The customer is responsible for advising guests of potential allergy hazards. 

Pugalicious cakes by Sasha accepts no responsibility for allergic reactions.

Please note we are not a nut/soy freekitchen.

Storage instructions are attached to the box for every order that leaves our premises.

Collections from our premises are by appointment only as we are a home based business, not a store front. Please be punctual.
Pugalicious Cakes by Sasha is not responsible/liable for any damage incurred once goods have been collected from our premises in Burpengary.

If at any time, for any reason you are not happy with your goods PLEASE talk to us first to give us the opportunity to rectify the issue! Please call or email, rather than through social media. 

In order to understand and resolve the issue, the goods will need to be returned to us. We cannot resolve or consider compensation/discounts if you simply “did not like the goods"
